It is great when we hear back from guests and know we have achieved what we set out to do. We pride ourselves in our honesty, our properties are really as you see in the photos and read about in the descriptions. We spent two holidays in villas in Sardinia before we bought ours, so we had time to think through carefully what we as a family would want when we go on holiday. We are passionate about our area, and want everyone to fall in love with the island, With this in mind we like to make the whole process as friendly and easy as we can so that our guests can enjoy the planning, the run up and their stay, and most importantly leave wanting to return. With this in mind, here are a few comments from recent guests:

Firstly would like to thank Anne-Marie for allowing us to rent the most beautiful apartment with communication being second to none. All amenities have most certainly been thought of above and beyond. We arrived after dark and the guide bough us to our destination safely and easily. Thank you for the welcome in the fridge, most certainly needed. The apartment is everything as described, that light airy and full of the Italian charm. Fully clean and comfortable beds. The island is how they say the Caribbean of Europe. We don’t use the pool as we wanted to see as much of the island as possible and you really are spoiled with the nearest beach! We were blessed enough to hire a Caterman so saw from the sea too! If anyone is able to have this opportunity do it! (Trust me I don’t have sea legs!) Food is exceptional with fish by the sea and meats in the mountains with pastas and salads as you would expect. We shall definitely be back and have left a piece of our hearts on the Island. As a family of three adults and a teenager, we had a wonderful week’s holiday in this lovely property which had everything that we needed for our break. The property was clean, well specced out and as described on the website but also felt very homely once inside with the lovely garden area with the beautiful flowers providing a very tranquil feel when sat outside. Ann Marie and Inna could not have been more helpful and the communication and support throughout was excellent. The property had a helpful guide book which contained useful information about the property and lots of local places and events to discover. The onsite communal swimming pool, a short walk away, was clean, well maintained and with a friendly and helpful lifeguard always present while open. The highlight for us of the property though was definitely the roof terrace which had stunning views of the sea and coast, which even the pictures on here do not do justice, and was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine while watching the sun go down. We absolutely loved our time here and just wished we had booked two weeks rather than one! The property is in a private gated development and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. There are clean, safe beaches within a few minutes drive, that have bars and restaurants, and on the beaches sun loungers available for hire. Olbia is a short drive with access to historic centre, food markets and waterfront. The Costa Esmeralda is about 40 minute drive. The east facing villa has lovely morning sun and often there is a cooling breeze. Very relaxing place to stay. IS (English) 2024
Was very pleased to have found this apartment in Pittulongu and Ann Marie was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was in a quiet area and was big enough for our group of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys (2 bathrooms was a godsend!). The outside area was lovely for eating etc. The apartment was very well equipped with everything to help make our stay even better (extra cool bag, tupperware, beach umbrella etc), which was appreciated. Location was good for heading into Olbia in the evening and reaching lots of the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda – a car is a must though. A summer holiday with the family. 2 adults and 2 adult teenagers aged 17 and 19. Arrived to a cleaned apartment with everything you need. Incredibly helpful host who responds very quickly to various questions by email. As well as an incredibly helpful housekeeper Margaret, who is always available. Nice that there is a parasol and cooling bag and cooling block available. We used that extensively. The nearest beach is approx. 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Nice communal pool area, where there is always room as a matter of fact. Really nice covered terrace and roof terrace, which we didn’t use as much as there was a heat wave. Was happy with the possibility of air conditioning, however at extra cost. It is highly recommended that you rent a car, as there are not the best bus and taxi options. The apartment has its own parking space almost outside the door. A little challenging with the parking lot being at the end of a slope. Overall, we have been incredibly happy with the choice of apartment and can strongly recommend the place with a very accommodating host. LJ (Danish) 2023
A Fantastic Property and Experience -The location, property and overall experience were fantastic. The place itself was clean, really well-equipped and ideal for us as a family of four. The upstairs terrace is a great spot for a drink and the outside dining area is very private. The shared swimming pool was a 30 second walk and was not overly busy. The property is a short walk from some great beaches and restaurants or alternatively only a short drive to the Costa Smeralda and the beautiful beaches to the south of Olbia. Thanks for a our lovely holiday in Sardinia. Your apartment was absolutely perfect – every need anticipated. The outside seating area was deliciously comfortable and welcoming and the view from the roof absolutely wonderful – I could have stayed up there for hours watching the sky and sea change in the early morning and evening. We would have no hesitation recommending it – easy access from the airport, lovely apartment, lovely beach, essential services to hand, and Poldo’s pizza! We had a wonderful second holiday in your apartment, and like last year we fell in love with Sardinia. We were amazed that when we resisted some of the local restaraunts that they remembered us, and were especially helpful and attentive. We explored the island further this time, and took a day trip on the catamaran, which was a highlight. Your representative remembered us too, and was very friendly and helpful, it was a comfort to know if we needed her that she spoke English. The apartment was even better than we anticipated. It was extremely clean, well equipped and stylish. The photos do not do it justice! We spent a wonderful week exploring the beautiful beaches close to the apartment, and enjoyed a morning in colourful San Panteleo market. The food is the local restaurants was fantastic, we eat lots of fish and drank some lovely local wine. Our week flew by, one week was just not enough, we wished we had booked for longer. Although we rarely holiday in the same location twice, this apartment is such a great find, and the owners and lady who looks after it are so helpful that we have already booked again for next year, but for two weeks instead of just one! This is a wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need. The view from the roof terrace was stunning and one we enjoyed watching at all times of day and night! Like previous reviews we so enjoyed the patio and garden area that we ate in several nights to enjoy the ambience- the candles and games provided added to the atmosphere! It was very hot during our stay so it was great that air conditioning was available and Margaret was very quick to sort it out for us and could not have been more helpful during our stay. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful honeymoon. All your recommendations were spot on. La Squalo ended up being our own favourite but enjoyed every meal, every espresso, every day at Mama Beach and of course many a night having a glass of wine in your wonderful garden. The apartment was just amazing… clean, comfortable, very good situation, great pool, quiet and an amazing terrace and a terrific view !!! We particularly like the blue book with all the information about the beaches, cities and restaurants. Also the chairs, umbrella for the beach were very appreciated. The milk, water and bottle of white wine was really appreciated too. The apartment was very well equipped! Thanks very much, we had great time in the beautiful Costa Smeralda !

We had a wonderful time thanks. I shed a little tear as we had to leave the beautiful balcony and amazing view for the last time. The apartment was one of the best if not the best we have stayed in – the kids loved it. I cooked in more than I expected as the good facilities in the kitchen, the Auchan and the balcony made it better than eating out! The beach chairs and bats and balls etc in the apartment were a nice touch – we used them all. The washing machine came in really handy and meant having the treat of clean beach towels midweek. The pool was clean and convenient, ideal. The brochure you put together was helpful and we read it though a few times to see your recommendations – another nice touch. We hired a car and went to the water park on the last day – which the kids really enjoyed. We found Margaret friendly and though we didn’t need to contact her while we were there, felt comfort in knowing she was there if we needed to speak to someone who spoke English. Thanks again and we will be sure to recommend your apartment to people we know.

At the beginning I want to tell you that we are a little disappointed! Disappointed cause we booked only for one week! We want to thank you for your very nice villa! When we arrived it was very clean. We loved to sit on your nice terrace with this beautiful view! The equipment was excellent and we are all totally relaxed now! Mama Beach was our favourite location. We sent your regards to Anna and Luca. They are very friendly people and the food was great. I will tell to all my family and friends which nice location we found in your villa! Now we hope that we can come back any time!
